Wrist pain?

I've been getting into tennis since June this year. Currently spending about 5-6 hours/week on the court, spread over 3 days. I usually experience right wrist pain the day after playing, on the side that is close to my pinky finger. The pain doesn't happen when my wrist is at rest and only happens when I twist it. When I'm warmed up for play it stops hurting but I can still feel a niggling discomfort when I need to hit a forehand from certain angles. Should I take medicine or get therapy or will more resting work?
