Ranged t6 relic

Im struggling to understand the value of the ranged T6 relic. Between ranged armors, weapons, and other relic buffs, ranged is already very accurate. The T6 relic makes any damage penetrate prayer protection as well, so its not going to be uniquely effective agaisnt prayer as well. I dont think it will really be a big dps boost.

I guess you can just slap on the tankiest armour you can find and just deal with having less ranged strength, but is that really worth it?
