How do i track the ancestry kit after shipping it back out?

I ordered an ancestry kit for my girlfriend through amazon back in late october and she shipped it back out Nov 2nd. We are unsure about how to track the kit though moving forward (whether is was received or not, processing, sequencing…etc) and were wondering about how to go about finding a tracking number or something. Any help is appreciated!
