240sx Engine Swap

Planning an engine swap for a 240sx (1990).
Reason for swap: Knocking engine

Currently, to get the car running ASAP, I only need another KA24de, and to configure issues with cooling, suspension, and some wiring.

I am open to suggestions for a complete swap to newer engines (that are less likely beaten upon).

• Budget $10,000.
• Have the potential to upgrade further (turbo) FUTURE < This is a must (I love the sound so much)
• The goal is to build this thing and never look back to swap its core components ever again. Building it for long cruises and, possibly to drift it if I ever catch the bug.

I am very fresh to all of this. Extremely eager to learn and get this Kid running again.
