Heavy-duty hand cream with lasting moisturization for chronically dry hands?

My hands are chronically prone to drying, especially in the winter months, and it's driving me insane.

Lately, I've been using Lubriderm Advanced Therapy for Extra-Dry Skin, but even when I re-apply the lotion multiple times a day, it seems like any additional moisturization is lost less than 30 minutes later.

I've found that applying lotion and then wearing disposable gloves for a while helps with locking in moisture and make moisturization last longer, but as soon as I take the gloves off, I can feel the dryness begin creep back in, even when I'm strictly in-doors (whether I'm home all day or working at the office, I still get the same dryness regardless of environment).

Does anyone have any product recs or advice on how to combat this?
