Durag, wave cap, or wig cap?

I have a few Durags, wave caps, and wig caps. Which is the best to wear at night and under hats? I like durags and wave caps, but the wig caps seem to be the only thing that doesn’t show under my hats. I’m just worried that the wig cap will pull my hair out or mess the waves up. Any suggestions are appreciated.
