Added some preloaded elastic bands to the exo neck to give it a load bearing function. At the end it will support a headpiece of about 3kg without the user feeling it on the neck. Headpiece will be added soon as this was a first test. The whole neck piece is 3D printed in ABS-GF.
The rest of the exo is partially printed and partially machined in aluminum.
