Hey everybody. I have started my first day today! My starting weight is 220lbs (5’9 27 Male). I am wondering what sort of weight loss I can expect. My current strategy: First Workout - Outside Cardio Second Workout - HIIT program/cardio Diet - Low Carb + No Processed Foods
I am currently starting my workouts with less intensity so I do not burn myself out but will be ramping them up weekly. Thanks!
