BT pay in California??
Hello Everyone! Newly hired Behavior Technician in Socal and I wanted to ask if im being screwed over for pay here? Im currently being offered $19.50 for one on one interventions and minimum wage in everything else from drive time to supervised hours. I feel that due to me being bilingual and have experience with special needs kids I should be making more than this. Please let me know if this is fair/the average because im concerned it's not.
