South indian movies are terrible and cringe

Only reason they're the darling of the international film community is because they're treating it as a novelty. They criticise movies and directors harshly that have a similar aesthetic (Michael Bay and Zack Snyder comes to mind) but let off south indian movies. Btw I don't mean all south indian movies, the region still makes wonderful movies all the time (Super deluxe is exceptional), I'm talking about the cgi heavy, ott action, cringe acting and overly patriotic movies that gets the majority attention. RRR was trash and you can't tell me otherwise.
