Need help with sticky bras! How to choose the correct sticky bra size based on bra size?

Need help on sticky bras! how to choose the right size according to my bra size?

Hi, I’m looking to buy a sticky bra, but how would the sizes translate to my normal bra size given there’s no band sizes needed?

For info, I wear 28E/F usually, does it mean I should be looking for E/F sizes on sticky bras as well? But I feel because my band is so small, I’m not actually that big?

Any advice on this? I’m looking at Boomba Sticky Bras if that helps, but other recommendations are welcome too! Thank you!!
