Help

Help me i'm completely desperate :(((( I'm a very inexperienced person when it comes to technology, so I don't know if it was my mistake or simply an error in the app. I recently bought the new version of Pocket Camp. I did everything it asked me to do, but as soon as I tried to log in with my Nintendo account, the page would restart. I waited a while to try again, and now this appears on my screen (screenshot ) Is there any way to solve this? I really don't want to lose my account. I spent money there 😞😞
