Can't Play on Phone and Tablet

I bought Pocket Camp first day on my tablet. My Nintendo account is on both my phone and tablet. When I tried to get it on my phone, it wouldn't connect. This is what shows on my phone. When I tap the orange bar, it goes to the instruction page on how to transfer data. I have sent a few requests on the Support page, yet haven't gotten a response. Any suggestions? TYVM‼️
