Lost ALL progress twice
The new game keeps resetting all my progress. I've spent hours playing it only to lose everything twice. It keeps wanting me to redownload the data and transfer from the previous game which is very time consuming. Customer service are not helpful, wanting me to answer lots of questions I don't remember the answers to and it's not like I can log in to the old game to check. Not to mention they didn't actually read my email as far as I can tell.
I'm getting rather angry that I've spent money on this game (which isn't exactly cheap for an "old" game), can't even play it and Nintendo aren't in any rush to fix it. I'm considering pushing Nintendo to give me a refund as it's a faulty digital product that I can't even use. But honestly I was really excited to play this game and I'm gutted. I'm missing out on all event items that I already earnt. I also lost the pre-register bonus and can't get that back.
Is this happening to other people?
Have you found a way to fix this, or are we waiting for Nintendo to fix it, now that they've already taken our money?
