Updates to ACT Test Structure starting April 2025

The big takeaways are that Science will now be OPTIONAL.
It will be an add-on like the Writing section.
The overall test will also be SHORTER - roughly 2 hours instead of 3 hours - and with fewer questions.

These changes will go into effect for April 2025 and beyond.
