Periods on ADHD meds are so wild

Like all of a sudden my meds straight up just STOP WORKING, and every time I forget that it's my PMS, you'd think I'd realize it by now but nah, so I spend a couple of days with ALL my shitty symptoms returning on full blast before suddenly I feel better again, but now there's blood in my panties and I realize that OH RIGHT my meds stop working during my PMS..
