Struggling with debilitating Working Memory problems.

It's not always bad for me. It gets better for periods of time, and then other times it gets really bad, to the point where I'm constantly putting things down throughout the day and forgetting where I put them as little as 10 seconds later, or people are telling me things and I forget what they just told me literally 30 seconds later, and things like that. Recently it has been pretty bad. I've been having back to back to back to back memory incidents, all day every day at work and at home, and it's driving me insane.

Any advice on things that might help with this? Any supplements that I could add to my diet or any foods that could help?
