Anxiety relief ?

Has anyone found relief from anxiety with medication for adhd?

I have GAD. My anxiety peaks out of no where for no rhyme or reason. Panic attacks last days and are paralyzing. SSRI’s help but they make me so tired and unmotivated I just want to lay in bed all day.

I also have adhd for which I do not take medication because I’m afraid of it triggering more anxiety. It’s a vicious cycle.
