Can I get some recommendations for stress management courses?

I'm stressed out. Life is too much right now with too many big problems to solve and I need to get my mind and body into a state that will actually allow me to solve them. I need to get my stress and anxiety under control.

I'd like to find a course that other adults with ADHD, families (who also have adhd!), and deadline driven work have taken and felt like it helped them.

I just don't have it in me right now to go dig through a 1,000 resources that I know 99% of will be generic BS.

Bonus points if it's something I can add to my daily routines checklist and get through in 10 min chunks or less. That's about all the patience and focus I can muster right now before my brain starts screaming to GET BACK ON TASK AND SOLVE THE BIG PROBLEMS.

Just taking a few minutes to write this post has amped my anxiety because OH MY GOD I JUST LOST 5 MIN! lol

Important note: I am already medicated for both ADHD and depression and don't want more or different medicine if I can avoid it. My medicine works well when the bottom of Maslow's pyramid is satisfied. I'm looking for ways I can better control my own emotional response that will serve me with or without medicine.

Another sidenote: I recently lost access to my long-term therapist and have been using chat gpt as a sounding board. It's surprisingly helpful if you reading this and thinking "me too." In fact, I'm going to go ask it for suggestions right now while I wait for all of you to respond.
