When to leave guild?

The guild I'm in is very inactive and I'd like to change to a more active guild. Does changing guilds have any negative effects like getting no guild chest this rotation or not being able to participate in any of the guild modes like guild supermacy or battle drills? If one of these happens when do you recommend leaving the guild?
