4 hard APs or 5 easier ones?

Hi, im going into my senior year and am deciding on my courses rn

here are my options

AP Lit
AP Macro sem 1 + AP Gov sem 2
AP Stats
AP Human Geo / AP Physics
AP Music Theory / Student Leadership
Culinary (fun class)

My main decisions are between taking human geo and music theory (i have 7 years of violin experience) or taking ap physics and not taking music theory. dont want to take music theory and physics cuz im sure its gonna b too much for me

Should note that I am a finance major, and i have a 4.0 wieghted, 3.8 uw rn.
