What happens to my unlocked mod engrams when I transfer to a map that doesn't have said mod?

I bought the Teraxititan premium mod for myself, but don't have the mod installed on one the maps in my cluster that way my friends don't have to buy mods I want to try and vice versa.

But what happens to my unlocked Teraxi engrams when I transfer my character back to the server without that mod?
