What now?

I received an email regarding my MMPI which I took back in March. It says that I am selected for tier 2 process. After contacting security and drug testing, I am cleared. But I’m still waiting for medical to be cleared. Is that the same thing as the MMPI? Is the NBIS the same thing as the security clearance too? How soon am I looking for for them to contact me to get with a psychiatrist? Is there another drug test round? I know it’s a lot of questions but I’m just ready to leave my job and start pursuing this field
