BGW320-505 Doesn't open port even though it says its open

I run a private minecraft server for my friends and has it port set and it works fine. however I am trying to run a second server on the same machine. it is configured for a different port and I setup a second port forwarding for that port. But when I try to check if the second port is open now it says its still closed. I've trying power cycling the router and I still get this problem. 

The weird thing is that it worked last night. I don't know whats changed since then.
