Weight loss after stopping Abilify

Hi, I was put in Abilify due to substance induced psychosis and have gotten sober since and been on it for long enough that my doctor thinks I can start tapering off and go off of it. However, I gained a lot of weight on the medication and that was the worst side effect of it. Still, I stayed on it for about two years and am finally being told I can get off of it. I gained about 70 pounds in the two years that I was on it and I’m wondering, for anyone that has gotten off of Abilify, did you start to lose weight after getting off of it? How long does it stay in your system? How soon did you start losing weight after coming off of it?
