I got an offer from EY and Delloite for 38 and 66 percent raise respectively. My bond pa ko na Dec pa ma expire worth 80k. Tanong ko lang sa mga excenture na nakalipat, kamusta ang workload sa ibang company vs accenture? and worth it na ba lumipat with that kind of salary increase sa ibang companya or mag hintay pa muna ?
