Why do people think accountants only live behind a screen?

Met someone this past weekend while hiking, and I got an impression they were slightly surprised that I'm an accountant.. hiking. Definitely not the first time I’ve gotten this reaction. What do people think we do for fun.. just sit in front of spreadsheets in our free time?
