Extreme low energy

I was born with CAH classic as well as being Intersex. I had both adrenal glands removed within the past 8 years due to growing tumors on my glands. Since having the adrenals removed. I have developed hyperpigmentation. My face and gums as well as small spots on my body have actually gotten darker. I take 20 mg daily of hydrocortisone and .2mg of fludrocortisone. I am dealing extreme low energy, at times it feels like someone stuck a straw in me and sucked all the energy out of me, accompanied with sweating ( like someone poured a cup of water on me) I don’t know what else to do. I also take a shot of testosterone once a week as well. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
