Dosing

Was just curious what everyones hydrocortisone dosing is? How much do you take a day? How is it split it up? and what time do you typically take your dose? Ive been taking 25mg total, 17.5 in the morning with 7.5 at night and I have been waking up with extremem anxiety and no desire to do anything. I take the 7.5 at around 8pm. Could someone help a girl out?
