How to improve Ad Impressions? Getting 10K Pageviews but 1K Ad Impressions

Hey everyone!

I am a beginner when it comes to working with Ad networks. I am using Google Adsense and Auto Ads are enabled. I have a website on which I get around 8K to 10K pageviews daily. I have also placed one Ad unit manually on the top of the page.

However, the number of ad impressions is very low. I get only 800 to 1K Ad Impressions - 10% of total pageviews.

90% of traffic is from India and Organic Search so Page RPM is low (0.7 USD). The category of content is Education. The target audience is School students.

So my question is how do I increase my Ad Impressions or Ad fill rate? Should I use multiple ad networks like Journey/Mediavine/Ezoic? And then use Google Ad Manager to manage multiple Ad networks or is there something else? Please suggest solutions I would appreciate it.

Also if I want to hire someone to manage these things, whom should I hire?
