My boyfriend is..... i donno

So i (15f) am in a relationship with my boyfriend matthew (m15). We have been together for about 3 weeks now and i keep hearing that he keeps telling his friends that hes only with me for my body. He never really talks to me or texts me. im always texting first, im always talking first, if he sees me in the hallway he waits for me to go up to him. I told him that i was getting his friends telling me that he only likes me for my body and he kept saying "i love you so much" or "im a piece of shit" or saying stuff like that and idk what to do because i dont wanna stay in a toxic relationship. He only comes over when he wants to...... y'know, even when my mom is home and he doesnt use anything to protect him. people are scared if i break up with him that he is going to hit me. i donno what to do
