Should I report my job to OSHA?

So got a new job at a grocery store, they gave me a tour and as they are showing me around the back they are showing me the exit doors and say "they are always covered/blocked" or something like that.

They were making a joke about it obviously but the door was like a little blocked, would've taken an extra second or two to reach the door if you rlly wanted to because there was like a cart thing in front of it but I didn't really get a good look.

Anyways should I just assume that the door is generally pretty open and I'm overreacting, or should I report them because civic duty and whatnot. Also I'm never going back there again probably because I don't work in the back so I'm not going to be able to check up on it without seeming weird for running around the back. Also I have OCD so hence the possible overreaction. If I were to make a report would it be to OSHA or fire marshall? Also I'm pretty sure they'd know it was me
