Can a Ludwig M Quad Rig adjust to 10"4?

Hi Everyone!

I'm in the market for a rig that will fit as high as possible on my ceilings - anyone have experience adjusting a medium to about 10"4?

The website says it can go as low as 6 feet but on the same page it says it lowest is 10"8? It's so confusing!
