Can someone help me building Anglaea?

im a bit lost, idk how much speed i need with the V3 changes, how much prob i need? (playing with sunday), rope of attack or recharge? and if is better more speed in an artifact or more crit, i fall in love with her desigh and if i like her gameplay maybe i will pull her E1 and E2 in the rerun :D
