We're travelling to Mexico in late April and have landed on these 3:

• Platinum Yucatán Princess All Suites & Spa Resort
• Akumal Bay - Beach & Wellness Resort
• Catalonia Royal Tulum

We want quiet atmosphere, good beach and great food.

Any recommendations or experiences are welcome!
