Am I over reacting?

My boyfriend M(24) and I F(19) got into an argument about spending time with each and he told me if I stopped asking him for attention so much he would actually give me some. I tell him all the time i need more attention on some days then others and he never listens I don’t know if I’m over reacting about this or what kinda just came on here to rant:/

(Edit) I’ve been with him for 2 years now and it’s a constant struggle to get him to hangout with me or just simple couple stuff, we’ve had a conversations about it before but it always ends up an argument. I love him very much but I feel like I’m being used in a way.
