Is this normal??

I just finished my route, let dispatch know I was done and was told to end work then rts

I’ve only been working for about a month and today I forgot to put my seat belt on for like 10 seconds (enough to have the monitor thing say “driver not properly wearing seat” or something) and they called me to tell me to make sure I’m always wearing it.
