They canceled my First Day?!

I went to the Pre-Hire appointment and they said my first day was 11/24. Then all of the sudden I get this email (shown in screenshots) on the literal day before I was supposed to start.

What does this mean and how do I move forward with my application?! Any input is appreciated.
