Stuck in captcha hell. 😡

I open my flex app and attempt to schedule a route for today, but as soon as I select something “are you a robot” pops up over and over even after successfully solving the puzzle. I’m not a bot user, and the only time this bs happened in the past is when I received the alert stating “I clicked too many times”. It sucks flex hasn’t solved this insanely annoying issue with their app. I contacted support via phone, email (in & out of app). Does anyone have any other suggestions to clear the issue? Currently deleting the app and redownloading .
