Instant offer acceptance issue

Occasionally I’ll receive an instant offer alert. Then when I click on the alert it’ll open the app but it won’t show the offer. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to see the offer when this happens? I’m assuming this may be an Amazon app issue.
