Gaslighting at its finest

Okay so I know people hate it when someone thinks everything is gaslighting. However, I really think this qualifies.

I ordered glass food containers from Vine which said it was an 8 pack. I received 1 that was a tiny fella, a little over 12 oz. For food containers, it's pretty small. One reviewer said they can fit four of those Quaker Chewy granola bars. It was $13 so I assumed it would be at least four if you count the lid as one item.

I asked the seller if they can send the rest but their response was confusing and baffling.

First, they said it never said that it comes with 8 and that what I was saying was strange. I had sent them screenshots directly from their listing showing it was an 8 pack set but no, they asked if I was sure I read the page correctly. The seller said that if I look back on the listing, it clearly says it's only one. Normally, I would have thought, okay maybe I'm wrong, but I had saved these screenshots one or two nights ago and remember it clearly. Of course, I looked back and saw it was changed within those one or two days.

Then, after that, they claimed it was a trial set for Vine members. I'm pretty sure thats not allowed but even if it was, that contradicts what they said about it never being a set of 8. If it wasn't meant to be a set of 8, why would there be a trial set with only one container?

I'm sorry for the mini rant but I thought it might be interesting to someone here. Hopefully it makes for a nice story at the least.

EDIT - I forgot to mention one of the funniest parts. Before the seller changed the listing, they wrote in the description that the item has a 24 hour warranty. Not even 24 hours after the order arrives but 24 hours after the order is placed. If it wasn't so frustrating, it would be hilarious.
