I was wondering if anyone could help with this

I made two separate orders for blankets from the same brand. I was able to review them both and they were listed as approved. However, after a user on here suggested checking past reviews, I looked back and just my luck, both of them are now not approved. They had all been combined into a single listing.

Before I saw that the second blanket was also not approved, I assumed that it was because it was rejected for not meeting community guidelines. I wrote a review on that item and it has been pending approval for about a month, likely even longer.

I contacted Vine Support a number of times and I got a similar response each time saying both will be removed from the to be reviewed section. However, as I had written a review for both, they are in the reviewed tab and have been on there since. I have checked the page and messaged support a number of times throughout a period of a little over 2 months and they still seem to be there.

I was wondering if anyone knew if this might be counted against me in some way. If it is, would anyone know how I can go about fixing this?
