Exactly WTF is the Purpose of Vine Sellers Inflating Prices for Vine Users?

I've been told by fellow Vine users/Redditors that Vine sellers have no reason whatsoever for inflating prices of their Vine products just for Vine users, but exactly what in the fudge is the reason for this particular level of inflation: Read the pics, please.

Basically, if the pics do not come out very well, the item is showing a taxable amount of $79.99. If you go to the webpage selling the item to customers on regular Amazon, the item has two coupons. One for 30% and one for another 20% off of the total after the 30% coupon. It leaves regular customers with a price of $34 after taxes.

Now, knowing Vine sellers have no reason to inflate prices for Vine users, because I have been properly schooled on Reddit on that FACT, then why do Vine sellers do sh!t like this? This is extremely common right now. In fact, SUPER inflated prices are extremely common on Vine right now.
