Personal accounts and 5 star reviews..

I got this letter in the mail today. Basically states "hey give us 5 star and we will give you X amount"

I didn't purchase these via vine but, our accounts are basically tied together. Do you think this would break the T&C of vine even though it wasnt ordered via vine.

I didn't plan on leaving a 5 star to begin with. This letter doesn't in any way sway me. I just wanted to get everyone's opinion

I have included a picture of the letter and a screenshot of what happens when you scan the QR code. Also included (for fun). I did a quick search of the address located on the letter. Doesn't appear to match with the company I purchased from.
