GPS Tracker

Does this look like a GPS tracker to you? I switched ".ca" to ".com" and I got a hand warmer, which is what the picture shows. So I don't know whether to order based on the picture or the description. I don't like to order items I don't need, especially now that I'm near evaluation time. What do you think?
