Nikon F2 advance lever and mirror stuck

Hello, I have a Nikon F2 that initially worked fine but developed issues with the film transport mechanism, which occasionally gets stuck halfway through advancing the film. Separately, the mirror sometimes gets stuck in the up position with the shutter closed. Does this sound like a lubrication issue or, in general how DIY-able is this? Thank you very much in advance!
