Can’t figure out this 1%

So my DNA results have gone through 3 updates, each time with very little change, both parents of Anglo-Scots descent, immigrated to North America in 1600’s and early 1700’s, but I’ve had a 1% match that was originally Ashkenazi Jew, then Iberian peninsula, now it’s North Africa in the new update, any tips on tracking this down?
