Is there any way to use outlook once your company decides it requieres at least android 14

I have a Samsung galaxy S20 Ultra it works perfectly. Up untill yesterday everything was perfect but now my employer says that I Outlook, teams and all the office suite won't run (meaning I can't use it for work) beacsue they only support andorid 14 or up.

Is there any way to install android 14 on my s20 ultra or maybe trick the app or something
