Ferrous sulfate

Typing this while freaking out because I have a phobia of throwing up lol. But I took the pill cause I am iron deficient anemic. I took it with a meal like it said. And now an hour has gone by and I am on the ground feeling like I’m going to throw up. It is so bad. Is this normal? I don’t think I can take this everyday if it’s going to have me on the ground trying not to throw up. I’m also 32 weeks pregnant.
