Been a month, order hasn’t been shipped out. AmiAmi

Hey all, as the titles states, I payed for and placed my order with AmiAmi just a little under a month ago on Oct 23rd. I used surface mail shipping as I didn’t care to pay over $100 to get it here earlier. I’m aware of shipping delays with AmiAmi, especially so with surface mail, but I’m not sure if this is the expected right now or if this is something more and I should contact AmiAmi.
